We designed PROMOS to be simple to use. Navigation is a breeze and creating reports takes just a few clicks. Buttons are consistent and easy to find. There is no need for repeat typing, reducing errors.

Contacts Management System

The finest way of keeping records of all your company contacts. Provides instant communications with fax, email, letters and PDF’s. All at the touch of a button.

Merge mailand merge Email to help you drive your sales drives. Instant retrieval of all previous sales order information, quotations, sales enquiries and communications. A browser in your database, immediate access to your customer and supplier websites without the need of using another application. Do a Google map of where your customer is based. Seeing is believing!

Quotations Galore

The simplest estimating system ever. Provides for every type of quotation. Includes also
a database to allow you to hold details of thousands of products. Create a quote in seconds, including product illustrations. Send your customer the printed quotation as a pdf, straight from PROMOS and not having to use 3rd party software. Includes a unique system for obtaining overseas quotations including currency conversion, customs duty and freight charges. Finally will easily produce a quotation containing multiple items from a number
of suppliers! Automatically converts all quotations to sales order.

Sales Order System

Allows you to create an order manually or automatically directly from estimate system.
First step is customer details, done by the click of a button. Then sales order and purchase order. As simple as that. No more writing up acknowledgments, labels, delivery notes, purchase orders etc. PROMOS does it for you.

There are too many features to list, however just a few are simplified orders for clothing, corporate orders (branch companies ordering several items from central product range)
and provisions for ordering from overseas companies in their own currency. And finally a Production Manager that allows you to track every order in the company. A ‘things to do’
list is incorporated throughout PROMOS making sure you never forget a task!

Customised Stationery

PROMOS generates nearly 100 different forms, address labels or letters, all containing
your company details and logos in the style you want them to appear. You have the option
of reproducing them as printed hard copies, faxes or pdf’s. Paper sizes available as A4
or US letter.  Furthermore PROMOS will include your administrator’s or sales person’s signature on most documents including all quotations and orders.

Produce Reports

PROMOS will give you the options of many style reports including analysis of sales of products or sales people, given in text format or pictorial pie chart or bar chart format.

Invoicing

As orders are completed you know immediately the financial information about that transaction. Once approved, and at the click of a button, your invoice is ready to go.

Sales Enquiries

Keep a record of all your enquiries, giving details of customer’s requirements and logging
all action taken. Standard and bespoke letters included.

Credit Control

No more taking risks. Will take you through all the steps of researching companies seeking credit facilities. Includes questionnaires and enquiry letters and final advice letters to applicants.

Orders for Samples.

Placing orders for samples, or known as samples on approval. Creates orders to suppliers, ‘appro note’ to customer advising cost of product and number of days the product is on approval. Also supplies a delivery note for the product/s.

If item is not returned by due date an invoice can be generated automatically.

Online tutorials explain to you every step of the way. Also available is ‘PROMOS the Movie', enabling you to sit back and watch every step of the way how to work this unique software.
